Return Policy

The sales for all gluten free foods are final.  Strictly Gluten Free will only accept preauthorize returns which meet the following criteria:

  1. The product upon onsite purchase and/or delivery had its expiration date lapsed.
  2. The product had become damaged during shipment.
  3. The product was determined to be defective and/or spoiled upon delivery or immediately after onsite purchase.
  4. The product received was incorrect from the product ordered at the time of purchase.
  5. The customer has contacted Strictly Gluten Free within seven (7) days of the original order with the product in question.
If it has been determined that Strictly Gluten Free has authorized a return for the product (s) in question Strictly Gluten Free will bear the cost of the return and within three (3) business days, issue a call tag to pick up the package.  In the event that it has been determined that the returned products in question were under false premise the shipping charges would be at the sole responsibility of the customer.

In order to maintain the highest level of quality, integrity and meet the highest standards in the industry it is Strictly Gluten Free's policy to under no circumstances resell any returned products.
