Shipping

The consumer will have the option upon checkout to determine the method for shipping. Orders are shipped standard ground and/or expedited ship options at the sole cost to the consumer plus a handling charge.

Strictly Gluten Free consumers will choose a carrier based on the options provided during the checkout process.

Orders placed Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM EST will be processed in our computer systems same day upon successful credit card authorization.  Once orders have been processed they will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders place after hours will be processed in our computer systems next business day.

On all orders which include frozen items placed on Wednesday-Sunday to ensure freshness of products they will be shipped out on Monday.  However in certain instances depending upon shipping destination frozen orders may be released for shipment on Wednesday. Orders placed will be accompanied by a tracking number therefore it is required that someone be present to accept and sign for the delivery on the first attempt.

Strictly Gluten Free will not be liable for products that have been spoiled due to multiple delivery attempts.

Frozen Products

A point system will be utilized to determine the amount of frozen products that will fit securely in to a package.  This will be based on a "frozen unit size" which will be associated with all frozen items and will be displayed in the product description.  The total frozen unit size that will be the maximum allowable is 10 frozen units per one shipping container.

The system breakdown is as follows and all frozen products will have either : .25, .5, .75, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5

This will be used to determine how many frozen products will fit securely in to the package. To maximize the space customers are advised to monitor the frozen unit sizes at the time of purchase.  It is not required to fill the package to capacity but would be beneficial in terms of handling charges as it is based on package size not weight.

On orders that include both frozen and grocery items they will be packaged and shipped separately.  At times the frozen and grocery packages may not arrive in one delivery.
